I don’t know if the War on Drugs results in more drug use, but I have posted about how it is a costly failure that increases overall crime.

Everybody knows who are the drug dealers in Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico, and the names of the Cartels, but do you know the name of the Cartels in USA? and the names of the big drug dealers in USA? And they pay, not millions but billios of dollars to the drug dealers in this three countries.
