Other than the famous “riding in the wagon” set, the most-viewed cartoon on this blog is this one about Obama and self-imposed headwinds.
Now we have our first cartoon of the Christmas season!
This isn’t the theme of government as Santa Claus. It is government as Santa Claus.
And where does this approach lead? Well, this Eric Allie cartoon provides a road map.
You can see some previous Allie cartoons here , here, here, here, and here.

Well he just lay the cat out of the bag!!! NO BLACK MAN would ever declare that taking your freedom away from you is OK under any circumstances.
How do I know this??? Because I am black and I’m nor a conservative Republican. I gave him the benefit of doubt until he declared that “Feedom” was not an issue concerning us being spied upon through Verizon & other major players of the system.with our rights to Free Speech.
Perhaps, this was originally aimed a The Donald, whom I didn’t agree with at the time, but ge now has my support, that Obama is not an American.
Two other points that made my mind up on this issue:
1, I believe that Cheney could have caught Osama if he wanted him while he was still in office. But he didn’t because the bin laden family were know friends of the bushes. Its now quite clear, that because there was a reelection at stake, there was a plan to set the stage with this news that was never verified.
2. The appointment of Michael R. Taylor, who has just been promoted from US Food Safety Czar to Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of the FDA, is major proof that we are in big trouble. Monsanto hijacked the food industry by refusing to label its products that are genetically designed.

Joining the T party is not such a bad idea now, but the leaders of the T party are just as bad and perhaps on the same side of the system as obama.
3. I hope nobody makes the mistake of thinking that the republicans are any better, because the stage of this destruction to our rights, took place way before 911. How else could that precise day have been selected without some input about the meaning of 911.
My theory is that it announced the beginning of the official police state. And now, some senators are saying, they made a mistake??? by voting for such retractions of our rights. Well, there is no doubt in my mind “What goes around, Comes around.
Watch the “End of America” an awesome production by some key Americans. It will set you Free. If our Freedom is gone, there is no reason why we should not wake up now!

There is no Santa Claus and I wish President Obama had learned that a long time ago.

dobs – Cato would not make that trade because government has no legitimate role in setting wage rates or minimum wages. It is a left-over concept from FDR, and an absurd waste of the Labor Departement’s already bloated budget trying to enforce minimum wage and overtime laws. People are perfectly capable of determining how much they need to live on and how much they are willing to work for. Further, government does have a legitimate role in welfare programs, because we need safety nets in a civilized society – but no one with a straight face can say what we have or Europe has is a safety net any longer.
I think it’s great! One ought consider the reality of historical facts, the creation, circulation, retraction, destruction, and recirculation of global currency (mostly electrionic) and it isnt capitalism! Yes, history proves more on the sides of a triangle of mercantilism/capitalism/socialism with access of currency because of name title..
haha great read! Ive got a little political humor myself on my blog, check it out!
I’d be curious to know if the Cato Institute would trade away welfare programs in exchange for a substantial minimum wage for those willing to work?
